The Rooms

Living history, embracing nature

Villa Albereto was fully restored and reconstructed in 2026, featuring entirely new furnishings, finishes, bathrooms, and modern amenities.

A place where the authenticity of tradition blends harmoniously with the elegance and comfort of contemporary living.

Local materials, terracotta floors, and carefully designed interiors create spaces dedicated to rest and relaxation. King-size beds and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure modern comfort while allowing guests to enjoy the essence of the territory with modern amenities.

Ground floor

On the ground floor, a double bedroom has been designed to provide a high level of accessibility, including for guests with disabilities.

Featuring a spacious walk-in wardrobe, the room opens directly onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding landscape. Guests have access to a private bathroom as well as a second shared bathroom fully equipped for accessibility.

First floor

On the first floor, a double bedroom with a private bathroom and views across the valley offers a peaceful retreat immersed in nature.
Terracotta floors, warm tones, and natural light create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Second floor

The second floor features two spacious double suites, both with private bathrooms, where large skylights fill the rooms with natural light and fresh air.

One suite includes a charming private terrace, while a restored antique fireplace frames the headboard of the bed.

Designed to offer complete privacy and tranquility, where every detail enhances rest and comfort.

Third floor

On the third floor, the atmosphere becomes intimate and refined.

Here, guests will find a twin room (convertible into a double) alongside a master bedroom with a king-size bed, enriched by a historic pietra serena stone fireplace.

The master bedroom opens onto a beautiful private terrace overlooking the park and surrounding woodland. This floor also features the villa’s most spacious bathroom: a refined travertine space with double sinks set on original pietra serena stone bases.

Both rooms enjoy independent access to the bathroom and remain separated by a few internal steps – an architectural detail that enhances the character and uniqueness of the space.

This split-level layout makes the third floor especially well suited for families, offering the perfect balance between connection and privacy.
